What is Culture, People and Race?

Culture is like a rock formation, it takes  millions of years to form, that is how culture is formed. It is not over night.

It is the woven fabric that holds or binds a group of people together in what is called the societal behavior or a code of conduct, we call Similarities which we see in groups of people in different parts of the world. It is not an  accident, it is Nature at its best.

Culture is not formed in 500 years, likewise, you can not change Nature, you can try, but Nature will always WIN.

It is inevitable, we can try as people, but Nature will ALWAYS WIN….

Race, culture and people equals Diversity. Diversity training is our expertise, we offer  individual or organizations.
