Who Am I?
I am a thinker with the mind of a strategist and I am happy to be from the two greatest countries in the world. Nigeria gave me my early sound foundation and America help shaped that foundation.
Hence, I am uniquely positioned to be able to talk on the issues of People, Culture and Race. The Components of Diversity.
I am very grateful for the experience, exposure and opportunity. And I intend to use that knowledge and my background to help make the world a better place for ALL. My mission is to bridge the gap between the perceived and the realities of People, Culture and Race.
I have spent the past 30 years studying race relations in America and I hereby report to you that I have broaden my knowledge on diversity, when it comes to discussing race, people and culture in America.
This diversity is not limited to corporations only, individuals and families can benefit as well. You can call me your “Diversity Expert”
My goal is to make you stay outside the box and think, most people tend not to understand the difference. All I need is five minutes of your time, I promise you that I will open the window to your mind and let you see BEYOND.
I discussed some of these findings in my writings and my up coming book “Africans In America Hear Our Stories” It is can be called or considered an Open Book/Letter to American’s Conscience. It really shows how Africans view America. It talks about the totality of our pains, hardships and few glories. However, out of harshness comes the seed of change, just like the old say, necessity is the mother of invention. People will re-invent themselves in the mist of Change.
This is an open forum for me to discuss race relations on a broader scale. I welcome your input since I have a great affinity for learning and I am a student of learning new things.
However, as an expert on this subject and I can educate, teach, train and discuss race, people and culture with you or your organization.
My goal is to give you a more creative and effective ways to understand diversity and see your surrounding and the world in a different way. Life is comedy for those who think and a tragedy for those who feel.
Until the lion writes his own story, the tale of the hunt will always glorify the hunter.
